Add all seasoning, basil leaves and crab meat into the egg and stir gently.
Add oil in a hot pan. Turn off the heat and add the mixture in step 1. Stack the egg which is set to the middle. When the temperature of the pan drops, turn on the heat again and repeat the above steps with low heat until done.
Serve with extra XO sauce according to personal preference.
